During this time period the land value will rise thus making the project highly profitable at the back end. Traditional developers therefore have projects that span decades if not longer.
In Affordable Housing we aim at having a high velocity of our apartments. In this business we view land as an inventory item or a cost and not an appreciating asset. Hence, it is our focus to sell through our product as quickly as possible.

Financing Ability
Argead Enterprises realises that providing the buyer the financing required to make the purchase is critical. Hence, we have long term relationships with lenders whom open offices on our sites to facilitate quick disbursement of housing finance. Argead has strong relationships with HDFC Ltd., GRUH Finance amongst others.

Argead Enterprises focuses a lot of energy on Execution. We work with architects, engineers, construction companies whom have the highest standards and ability to execute to our demanding schedules. Our Project Management team comprises experts whom have spent many years at some of the largest industrial or construction companies.
